They made an understanding with the driving school. which states that after they have learned how to drive. the impulsive school will be responsible to present them the drive licence and in exchange they will be giving a certain sum of money. So. after that I can see that merely one individual from the driving school have got the licence in a legal manner. From the remainder of my sample. merely 8 ( 32 % ) of them ; who got the drive licence in a legal manner. have said that they have appeared and passed all the test. without sing the instance that they have failed in the test and passed it once more by giving payoff. Actually the people ; particularly the agents. won’t Lashkar-e-Taiba one base on balls the test without giving the payoff. From Figure 2. we can see that 6 ( 67 % ) of the NSU pupils ; who have got the licence in a legal manner. agreed with this statement. and told that they have been forced during the tests to give payoff. since everything is on the testers manus. if he likes to go through one. he will do him go through. but if he wants to neglect one. so that individual will be harassed a batch until he fails. But. still 3 of the pupils were luck plenty to belie with me and claimed themselves to go through all the tests without giving the payoff. They besides stated that they weren’t even forced during the tests to give payoffs. The pupils who have got the licence in an illegal manner is non considered in this instance because at the get downing when they decided to acquire the licence. they took the illegal manner to acquire the licence. so they have given the payoff in the beginning and they don’t need to or forced to give the payoff once more during the tests.
Since. the pupils have faced a spot of the risky experience. so I asked them once more whether that was the stoping of the torment procedure or non. But. many of them answered no and said that acquiring the licence was the starting of a new torment procedure. They were so caught by the constabulary and harassed without any ground. In most of the times police claimed that the licences are illegal. Within those 13 pupils. 7 of the pupils have faced the jobs face to face by acquiring the licence in a legal manner and 13 of them knew earlier that BRTA is corrupted. so they have got the licence in an illegal manner. The other 2 of the pupils told that the bing system should be developed. which means that BRTA should non be privatized. since the corruptness degree hasn’t gone beyond the bound. But. the remainder 3 of the student’s reply was quiet interesting ; they all have got the licence in an illegal. and think that BRTA’s corruptness degree has gone beyond our bound and that is the ground it should be privatized.
