HOW TO LIMIT YOUR BELIEFS AND STICK TO YOUR GOALS  

We have many
beliefs about ourselves like you think
that this goal is easily achievable, you can do it. It is our behavior to trick
our brain to do some work. For example, you believe that you are the person who
never skip workout; you are the person who can do any work on a day and many others. And sometimes we have negative
mindsets also like you believe that you can never lose weight, you can do skip
rope for 100 times and much more that hold you back. In short, you have certain
mindset or belief regarding yourself that is not completely true. We have some
suggestions on how to change your beliefs and stick to your goals-

1-   
Adjust your beliefs

Sometimes it
happens that the results of the goals are not as expected. You were expecting
the exact results that you have in your mind. But maybe you were less known
about the facts, or you have less information about the goals. So try to adjust
and add new beliefs to your mind.

2-   
Remove negative beliefs

Beliefs are formed by
our past experiences and different incidences. There are many negative beliefs
also that you are maybe not aware of. Remove it from your mind. There is
nothing that can stop you from achieving your goals. These negative belief
about yourself stops you from approaching so many things that you would love.
Drop off the negative thoughts and replace it with new positive thoughts. Start
practicing to think good about yourself.

You should know why you want to
change it

It is difficult to change our mindset because it was
established by life experiences. It’s very important to understand why you want
to change it. For example, if you are planning to lose weight, then you should
know why you really want it, why your colleagues are not happy to work with
you? If the answers are motivating and positive then go for it.

Start with small

You cannot change all your beliefs in one day; you need
patience and will to do it. Create mini-goals to do it. Start with small goals,
sometimes it feels that it is not important and productive to start with small
things but believes it; it will take you to the heights of the success.

5-   
Don’t be scared of failure

Obviously, if you are trying something new and different,
then there will be ups and down and maybe failure. It is important for you to
never lose faith in yourself. Every failure teaches you a lesson that you will
never forget in your life. Don’t afraid to fall, it will help you stand again
