grew since the 1900s. Throughout the 1900s, Georgia was one of the states that
had the highest amount of farms of any state. Georgia started off as a small
state with a few people to administrate. 
Georgia was founded in 1732 and was the 13th British colony
to exist. At First, Georgia was created to protect colonies from the Spanish
attack, but then grew into a big state.

Oglethorpe was the first governor of Georgia back. Nathan Deal is the 82nd
governor, and the first lady of the state of Georgia is Sandra Deal. Sandra
Deal is an educationalist and a writer of several books.

a governor is a tough job, but Nathan Deal does a fantastic job serving  his community. From James Oglethorpe being the
governor till now, the governor and its legislatures have changed a lot. In the
past, when governor James Oglethorpe was nominated there was less power and
therefore; little administrative was needed.  Georgia grew over time, back then there were
less than 12,000 residents, now there are over 100,000 residents in Georgia.

 Each state has three different branches: The
Executive Branch, The Legislative Branch, and the Judicial Branch. The
Executive branch appoints the governor and issues the rules, which includes the
president, the vice president, all departments and all other agencies. The
Legislative Branch consists of 150 members, which is responsible for managing
the state and the state policy. The Judicial Branch has two courts under the
branch that individual attend to. The two courts are a Constitutional Court and
a Supreme Court. In a supreme court, the federal government is over the state
and local laws. In a Constitutional Court, the laws are constitutional and has
to be proven or not proven to be constitutional.

state also has a Lieutenant Governor is appointed but not by the governor. The
lieutenant goes through a different election party. So the Governor has no say
in who becomes his “vice president”. The Lieutenant Governor of the state of
Georgia is Casey Cagle. Casey Cagle is the 11th Lieutenant. Cagle was the
Lieutenant Governor for eleven years now.

However, each government over each state is like the preacher over their state
that states the wrong and right of their state and issues the laws of each
state and is their duty to make their state great without any law issues.

local government is important in Georgia. There are 159 counties and all
counties has to be administrative by their governor Nathan Deal. There are three
types of local governments such as counties, cities, and special districts.
Those types of local government is placed there in case of an issues and
because there are a lot of residents , it has to be separated among the three.  

reading the chapter three I learn more about the government. The government of
Georgia has a lot of responsibilities such as other government over different
states. Taking the government position in any state gives that individual a lot
of power and many sleepless nights. Being the government is a huge job to
